- Always the
support but now the headliners, You Me at Six are catching
their beam of the spotlight. Scene ears were first pricked to the
sounds of the Six just over a year ago at with local festival
appearances and one off shows but since then this band have climbed to
the top of the food chain. They are still yet to release an album and
they remain unsigned but they now have a run of sell out shows to tick
of their domination list.
- The energy and
excitement bounce off the orange walls and the heat hits fever as the
five teens step onto the small platform. It has taken some time but
the Surrey five have now found their style. No longer do they take
their presence from Taking Back Sunday or The Audition;
each and every step, jump and scream is their own. The classics spur
sing-a-longs and pop-pits, the new tracks showcase that this band have
so much more to offer.
